Новый вид заключается в полном игнорировании трудового права, как такового. Все просто - наибольшая часть работников принимаются на работу по договору гражданского подряда. При этом, у них зачем то берут трудовую книжку и почему то не выдают на руки второй экземпляр упомянутого договора. Далее, им конечно же не платят. Работники идут в рострудинспекцию и прокуратуру. На их заявления им иногда отвечают главный гос инспектор труда Кошкин М В и младший советник юстиции Королева С В . Вот формулировка ответов:
"В ходе проверки не установлен факт наличия трудовых отношений ме6жду вами и ООО «ГК ЭФЭСк», ввиду того, что заключен договор подряда. В соответствии с ч.ч.1,2 ст. 711 Гражданского кодекса РФ.....(далее идет большая часть совершенно бессмысленного текста, о заказчиках и поставщиках, не имеющая вообще никакого отношения к делу). Учитывая изложенное, оснований для принятия мер прокурорского реагирования (как вариант вместо прокурорского реагирования значится реагирование рострудинспекции, смотря откуда ответ) в настоящее время не имеется."
Среди работников ГК ЭФЭСК отзывы негативные.
Прокурор Сакулин Георгий Васильевич, г. Вот так. Все просто, и совершенно незачем тратить время и силы на составление трудовых договоров. Годы пройдут прежде чем работник с "договором подряда" дождется суда, а прокуратура, рострудинспекция и прочее "государство" по таким договорам не реагируют.

хотелось бы рассказать о парикмахерской номер один или Городе красоты, держитесь подальше от этого заведения!!! во первых вас оформляют по трудовому договору который каждые три месяца переоформляют, никаких соц. гарантий а если оформляют официально(что возможно года через два вашей работы) то вы сами платите налоги и мед страховку!!! больничные не оплачиваются!!! мало того если вы плановик и вдруг заболели то обязаны выплатить план даже если вы болели!!! при приходе на работу вам дают ознакомится с внутренним распорядком: опоздание на каждые 10мин штраф по сто рублей если опоздали на пол часа штраф соответственно 300р если вы далеко живете то пишите заявление с просьбой о приходе на работу к 10.00 пока его будут рассматривать вас будут штрафовать. курите больше 3 человек на улице штраф курите без специального бейджика штраф собираетесь в комнате персоонала больше трех чел штраф без формы( которую вы же и покупаете у них) штраф, и вообще что за бред? Во всех нор организациях ее предоставляют работникам за бесплатно!!! мало того за каждую вашу "провинность" страдает так же администратор!!!поверьте это очень маленький список того за что штрафуют. каждый день ездят с проверками и иногда не один человек!!! одному из сотрудников просто не дали зарплату за месяц, она потом судилась но так и не добилась правды, а ведь там было порядка 20 тыс, это штраф ей такой выписали! так что если вы решили устроиться туда на работу подумайте 1000 раз и все взвесьте более неправомерного места работы я еще не видел!!! да и еще везде стоят камеры внутреннего наблюдения во всех кабинетах без исключения!!! в туалетах и у косметологов они тоже есть!!!ну и конечно же в соляриях!!! чем бы они это не объясняли и как бы не скрывали но женщину воровку поймать поймали а вот посадить не смогли так как не могут в милицию предоставить сьемки с камер наблюдения так как это незаконно в итоге камеры снимают а женщина воровка на свободе вот так то друзья!!! P.S уверен что этот материл будут пытаться убрать всяческими путями(((
